At Penro.co.uk, all orders are shipped using DHL Express (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) from our Norwegian warehouse.

Delivery Times

• UK delivery: 2–3 business days

• Worldwide delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

All duties, VAT, and import fees are prepaid by Penro.co.uk.
There are no additional fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a DHL Express tracking link.

Shipping is free to the UK unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns

All returns are handled through DHL Express.
